Abstract


The research purposes determine the effect of the current ratio on return on assets, determine the effect of debt to asset ratio on return on assets. knowing the effect of return on assets on profit growth, knowing the effect of the current ratio on profit growth, knowing the effect of debt to asset ratio on profit growth, knowing the effect of the current ratio on profit growth mediated by return on assets, and knowing the effect of debt to asset ratio on profit growth which is mediated by return on assets at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan. The method in this research uses quantitative research, the sample used in this study is the entire population in the form of financial reports of PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan for the last 10 years from. The data collection technique in this study uses documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used panel data regression analysis. The data processing in this study uses Eviews 9. Based on the research shows that the current ratio has a significant effect on return on assets, the debt to asset ratio has no significant effect on return on assets, the current ratio has a significant effect on profit growth, the debt to asset ratio has a significant effect on profit growth, return on assets does not have a significant effect on profit growth, return on assets mediate the relationship between current ratio to profit growth, return on assets does not mediate the relationship between debt to asset ratio to profit growth.
