Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived organizational support and self-efficacy on organizational citizenship behavior mediated by employee engagement. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population obtained in this study was 36 employees using saturated sampling techniques. The analysis method uses path coefficients with SEM-PLS. The results showed that perceived organizational support has no significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. While perceived organizational support has a significant effect on employee engagement, self-efficacy has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, self-efficacy has a significant effect on employee engagement, and employee engagement has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The indirect effect shows that employee engagement can mediate the effect of perceived organizational support and self-efficacy on organizational citizenship behavior.
