Effect Work Environment and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance With Organizational Citizenship Behavior as Intervening
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of the Work Environment and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior as an intervening variable for PT Masaji Tatanan Kontainer Indonesia, directly or indirectly. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. Data collection techniques in this study used observation techniques and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study used a quantitative approach using statistical analysis using the Auter Model Analysis test, Inner Model Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing. Data processing in this study uses the PLS software program. The results of this study prove that the work environment directly has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on Employee Performance. Work Environment has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a significant effect on Employee Performance. And indirectly the Work Environment has a significant effect on Employee Performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior as an intervening variable. Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on Employee Performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior as an intervening variable at PT Masaji Tatanan Kontainer Indonesia.
