Industri 5.0 dan PKS di Malaysia: Bersediakah Kita ke Arah Masa Depan Lestari?

Abstract


Industri 5.0 menekankan pendekatan berteraskan manusia, berdaya tahan, dan lestari dalam pembangunan teknologi, yang membawa peluang serta cabaran kepada perusahaan kecil dan sederhana (PKS) di Malaysia. Walaupun PKS merupakan penyumbang utama kepada ekonomi negara, banyak yang masih berdepan kekangan dari segi kesediaan digital, akses sumber, dan keupayaan strategik dalam  mencapai pertumbuhan perniagaan lestari. Kajian konseptual ini bertujuan mengenal pasti keperluan strategik utama yang membolehkan PKS pembuatan di Malaysia mencapai pertumbuhan perniagaan lestari dalam konteks Industri 5.0. Menggunakan pendekatan integratif berasaskan sorotan literatur, kajian ini membangunkan satu kerangka konseptual yang menghubungkan kepimpinan transformasi, sokongan kerajaan, pengurusan rantaian bekalan, dan transformasi digital dengan pertumbuhan perniagaan lestari, dengan keusahawanan inovatif dicadangkan sebagai mekanisme perantara. Dapatan konseptual mencadangkan bahawa pemacu strategik sahaja tidak mencukupi tanpa diterjemahkan kepada tingkah laku inovatif dan keupayaan adaptif organisasi. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahawa kesediaan PKS ke arah Industri 5.0 bergantung pada penjajaran antara teknologi, kepimpinan, sokongan institusi, dan kerjasama rantaian bekalan, serta memberi implikasi penting kepada pembuat dasar dan pemimpin PKS dalam merangka strategi pembangunan yang lebih holistik dan lestari
