Article Publication Charge (APC)

This journal is committed to providing open access to all published articles. To support the journal’s operations, the APC is only charged after the article is accepted or receives a Letter of Acceptance (LoA).

APC Fee

  • Indonesian Authors: Rp7,250,000 per article
  • International Authors: USD405 per article. (Price in USD may change following exchange rate fluctuations)

Conference & Publication Bundling Package

Due to the high volume of manuscripts received, authors participating in the AIBPM Conference and Publication Bundling Package will receive priority in the publication process.

The bundling package is available for IDR 8,500,000 per paper and includes:

  • Priority handling and consideration for journal publication

  • Conference registration and paper presentation

  • Publication in the online conference proceedings

  • Professional paper review to help improve the manuscript before journal submission

  • Conference presenter/participant certificate

  • Academic discussions and international networking opportunities

Important Publication Policy

Conference participants who select this bundling package will receive priority over regular submissions in the administrative screening and publication process. However, priority does not mean automatic acceptance or guaranteed publication.

All manuscripts must still complete the applicable publication process, including editorial assessment, peer review, revision, journal scope evaluation, and publication ethics checks. The final publication decision remains subject to the journal’s editorial and peer-review policies.
