All research articles published in this journal are fully open access. This ensures immediate and unrestricted access for reading, downloading, and sharing. Our open access policy includes the following commitments:

• Universal Access: All users are granted a free, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual right of access to, and a license to copy, use, distribute, transmit, and publicly display the work, as well as create and distribute derivative works, with appropriate attribution to the authors.
