Double-blind Review
The manuscript selection process follows a double-blind review procedure. This means that both the authors and reviewers will remain anonymous throughout the review process to ensure unbiased evaluation.
All authors must adhere to the following guidelines to maintain anonymity:
- Do not include any identifying information: The initial manuscript should not contain any details such as author names, affiliations, or email addresses.
- Exclude grant information and personal acknowledgments: Do not include information about grants or acknowledgments in the initial submission.
- Do not contact committee members: Authors should not reach out to technical program committee members for feedback or input on their manuscript.
- Cite previous work appropriately: References to your own work should be presented as if they were by third parties. Any work that is closely related but not yet published elsewhere should be cited in an anonymized format. Do not cite patents in the initial manuscript.
To ensure adherence to the double-blind review process, carefully review your manuscript before submission.
Note: Manuscripts that do not comply with these guidelines may be returned to authors without review.
